The first impression upon walking into the Tube (18 NW 3rd Ave 503-241-8823) is that you took a wrong turn getting here and have somehow stumbled into London or New York. A futuristic looking concept bar, Tube has a hip yet low-key sophistication that is more about London dub music than Northwest grunge. A few beers compliment the science fiction themed mixed drinks but really you just want to go for the atmosphere.
Update: It has come to our attention that the Tube has recently expanded and integrated with its next door neighboor Foodhole. Expect a new field report shortly!
