Union Pacific Coffee Company

The Union Pacific Coffee Company (573 Herald Street / 250-380-0005) is located in an area of town that is saturated with coffees shops. However, instead of just being another clone, it serves up the caffeine in a space filled with it’s own personality. Slightly upscale and slightly retro, it has large tables, leather couches, a railroad theme, exposed brick walls, outdoor seating, and good coffee. There’s also a great selection of magazines and newspapers to read. As a bonus, you can get to it by walking from Fisgard Street in Chinatown through Dragon Alley.
