The Blackfish Café

The Blackfish Café (950 Wharf Street / 250-385-9996) is located both on a floating dock and at the airport, which in most other towns isn’t the same place. The Blackfish, however, is in Victoria’s inner harbor in a building that serves as the Harbour Air floatplane terminal. Sitting outside at a table, sipping a beer or coffee, and watching the floatplanes come and go is a quick and easy adventure that will make you feel like you’re somewhere exotic and exciting. The patio outside is heated in the cold months and they have a full restaurant menu in addition to their espresso and cafe drinks.
